1. Services
Xpress Elite Chauffeurs provides professional chauffeur and transportation services, including private rides, airport transfers, corporate transportation, event transportation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings and Reservations
Customers must provide accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, passenger details, and contact information when making a booking. A reservation is only confirmed once accepted by Xpress Elite Chauffeurs.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time, providing correct booking details, treating the chauffeur and vehicle respectfully, and following all safety instructions during the ride.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices may vary based on distance, service type, vehicle type, pickup time, location, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, additional stops, or special requests. Payment must be made according to the agreed booking terms.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable. Customers should notify Xpress Elite Chauffeurs as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking. No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
6. Delays and Waiting Time
Xpress Elite Chauffeurs makes reasonable efforts to arrive on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle issues, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Additional waiting time charges may apply.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully during the ride. Xpress Elite Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse or end service if a passenger is abusive, unsafe, intoxicated, disruptive, or involved in unlawful behavior.
8. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning Fees
Customers may be responsible for any damage, excessive mess, stains, spills, smoking odors, broken items, or cleaning required due to passenger actions. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.
9. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own luggage, bags, and personal belongings. Xpress Elite Chauffeurs is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged items unless required by law.
